My L1A petition was approved by USCIS last week. I m working as delivery manager for very small service company from India from last 9 years. As of now, my employer doesnt have presence in the US. I m the first employee to be transferred to US. my work is mostly technical and I ll be working for a client through another client of my employer (multi level contract). Will this have any problem during visa stamping interview since USCIS already approved my petition for L1A.

Since you have the petition approved - they will hardly ask any question & will give you the visa.
However L1A is for functional manager only & not for technical person - you should not mention that you'll be doing technical stuff while in USA.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
