L1A Individual premium processing with RFE

Hi group, looking for expert comments on the following:

After L1 A blanket rejection, my visa was processed under premium category for L1 A individual which got an RFE. Could you please help me understand as to what is the minimum time I'll need to wait to respond to it. Can I respond to it withing 2 weeks if I'm prepared for it?

You can respond the very same day you got your RFE, doesn't make any sense to wait till the last day.
