L2 Application while L1-B Individual in under extension in Premium

Hi

I have L1-B Individual Visa valid till Sep 2019. My company is filing extension in premium this month, filing may take another 15 days.

I want to get L2 Visa for my Wife.

So If i go ahead and fill DS-160 for her now and take Interview appointment in month of June (by this time I will receive L1 extension Approval).

We have to add L1 receipt number while filing L2 DS 160.

Will she get L2 Visa while going for interview in June after L1 extension approval, till Sep 2019 or as per the new date on L1 extension?

She need to h ave an copy of valid L1 petition & her visa will be dependent on the validity of the L1 petition at that time.

So, if she carries your renewed & approved L1 petition, then she will get visa with new date, other wise till Sep 2019 only.
