Appointment Confirmation Error in Number of Applicants

My appointment confirmation mentions Number of Applicants: 3
whereas it is expected to show as 2

My profile is duplicated .

Please refer attached.

1st and 3rd is same.
Number of Applicants: 3

Anyone aware of this ? Is this is bug ? Dropped a mail to Customer Support, seeking guidance

Not an issue ... the barcodes are still same.

Not remember exactly, how mine was, but might be a bug.
