Valid L2 but expired PD

Hi Members,
Need some help from someone who has experienced the below:

Mine L1B petition was given for 3 years expiring in Sep 2019.But my dependents and my visa was stamped for 5 years.
My L1B was renewed for 2 years and we applied for L2 extension thinking we may need a new I-94.It got apporved for 2 years.
Now incase we travel ,should we go for stamping and then enter USA?
BY the way there was a change in the employer name as our company was bought by another company.My extension had covered the amendment as well.

No need for new visa, as long as your company is still the same (acquisition won't impact - provided you can prove that both companies are still the same).
