Urgent Advice Needed - Blanket L1A for Canadian citizen from Indian company

Hello,

I am Canadian citizen (acquired) with Indian OCI. I did my M,S. in USA and worked for 15 years in US and Canada. For last 10 years I am in working India. My current company has applied for L1A blanket visa for transfer of job in USA.

Should i be going for visa stamping in Chennai or Toronto ? Which is recommended ? I have appointment next week in Chennai though.
If I go to Toronto, will I need have to get appointment and wait ? This is very critical decision and urgent one.

If you are working in India for last 10 years, then go to Chennai only.

I won't recommend to travel to Canada only for visa stamping.
