Leaving US on expired L1 visa.

My L1 visa was expired on Sep 04 and I am leaving to india in Dec
Will there any problem if I travel via Paris ?

Leaving US with a expired visa but valid I-94

My visa expires by June 2005 but my I-94 is valid till end of July, 2005.

Now, can I leave the US by mid of July without any problems? Will it be a problem for me in the future visa processing or entry into the US?

Also my return ticket is on Lufthansa. Will Lufthansa allow me to board the flight if my visa has expired and I-94 is valid?

Also, since my visa would be in expired status during my travel, do I need an airport transit visa to go through Frankfurt? If so, should I have to get the transit visa even before boarding the flight or should I have to get the transit visa at the Frankfurt airport?
