I've been offered an internal transfer within my firm to the US and need to fill the L1A Blanket application form which my firm's attorney has requested. Could you please help me with the answers I could / need to write for these?
Just to give you a summary of my profile, I've got 13 yrs of experience and work in a consulting firm (Big4).
1) How many professional employees do you/did you directly manage with your employer abroad? For each professional employee that you manage/managed abroad, please list job title, highest level of education, short summary of their job duties?
-- I've had 5 direct reports but need to understand how relevant would this info be for the application. What's the best way to answer this?
2) Why is your position, department, or function essential to your employer abroad? Please provide the approximate USD revenues/budget figures for the engagements/projects/functions that you currently manage. What is the monetary value of the project for the company or department (ex. assets in excess, profits)? If monetary value is not known, what is the projected impact?

3) In point form, please provide a description of your managerial position with your employer abroad, focusing on managerial job duties (Duties that involve leading, planning, directing, managing, overseeing, etc.)
4) Please list the industries/sectors/focus area(s) for the engagements/projects/functions that you manage/managed in your role.
Also, what should be the best way to answer questions about job duties as a Manager?
