Indian applying for L1A in Canada

hi - I am an Indian citizen and I recently moved to Canada in mar 2019 through a internal company transfer. Prior to that I was working with the same company in India for the last 11 years. I am now exploring applying for L1A with the same company. I currently hold a work permit in Canada but don't have a PR yet. I had a few questions on this where I will seek your help:

1. Where will i be required to do my L1 visa interview - in Canada or India?
2. Will securing a PR in Canada in anyway favorably influence the chances of securing the L1 visa in US?
3. In my particular case, is there anything else i need to keep in mind during this process?

Since you are legally living & working in Canada you can apply from Canada as well.
However if your documents are in any local language, then either you get it translated to English by certified translator, or go to India.

2. Will securing a PR in Canada in anyway favorably influence the chances of securing the L1 visa in US?

No, but it won't harm either. L1 is a dual-intent visa, unlike B1/B2 you don't need to prove that you have strong ties to home country.

3. In my particular case, is there anything else i need to keep in mind during this process?

Nothing different in your case, hence nothing to be kept in mind.
