Intended length of stay in US?

Hi I got my L1 individual petition approved with start date as 5th Sept and expiry date as 6th of June 2022.
However in my DS 160 I had filled intended length of stay as 3 years. Should I refill the DS 160? Since ideally my length of stay would be only till the petition expires which would be close to 33 months from now
