L1A expiring before I140 priority date becones current

My I140 has just been filed with and priority date is 5 yrs away. I have used up 3 out of 7 possible years on my L1A visa, leaving me with 4 years at best on the L1A visa. What are my options to conitnue with the green card process?

Switch to H1 once your I140 is approved to stay in USA.

Or go back to your home country & get your GC from there via consular processing & come back.
