Dear All,
we applied for l1a visa and got an RFE which we responded to. We are using premium processing. Further to the response we have received a notice of denial. The denial is around the USA responsibilities and perhaps these weren’t detailed enough to proof beyond the burden of proof regarding managerial position. Can someone tell me how the motion to reopen works and time lines? Any success stories?
