EAD and change of status

Hi,
I am on L1 and my wife on L2 Now I am planning to enter US back on L1 and later move to H1 via another employer. My wife had a EAD to work on L2 and will it be valid for the given period of time on the EAD card.

No. She would loose her L2 status and EAD when your status changes to H1B. She would go out of status if you don't convert her to H4 when you status changes to H1B.
