EAD Renewal

hi ,

I am having valid L1b visa and got this visa in december 2007 and i came to USA on apr 2010. my visa and I-94 both are expiring on october 2010. I applied SSN but not yet received . when should i renewal my visa.

and other question is.

my husband is coming to USA on may 14 2010 on L2 visa. He wants to apply EAD. when he is eligible to apply EAD. does he wait for my L1 renewal process to apply for EAD and SSN.

>>> You can apply for renewal 6 months before the current I-94 expiry date. The renewal takes 2-3 months by normal process. So it is advisable apply at least 3-4 months before the I-94 expiry.
