Hi - I tried reaching out to the congressman's office to expedite my l2 EAD filed in October. The congressman's office came back stating that USCIS is no longer allowing expedite was requests through them and my request was denied by the USCIS
. I raised a second expedite request on my own which was also denied despite having financial burden proofs submitted. Is there anything else that can be done to expedite my renewal. I filed i765 in October and i539 in August. My i539 was approved recently in January. When should I expect my renewed EAD? Does it help to include the slip/acknowledgement when sending the renewal documents? And does raising a flag through the congressman office help at all?
