Can we file both L2 EAD and L1 at same time?

Hi,

My husband is in US on L1B visa and I have got L2 dependent Visa. I am in India right now and working for a software company. I have couple of questions on me moving to US.
1. Can I go to US on leave , apply for L2-EAD and come back to India and continue working here till I get the EAD?
2. My employer is willing to sponsor L1 visa for me but the process has not started yet . In this case, can I go to US on leave , apply for L2-EAD and come back to India and continue working here till I get L1 or EAD? Is it fine if L2-EAD and L1 process go in parallel?

One can have multiple number of non-immigrant visas at any time. L1/L2 doesn't matter.

At the time of your second visa interview, VO might ask if you still need your first visa - you'll need to convince VO that you are still eligible for both visas & it won't be cancelled.
