1-539 date of Expiry is before EAD date of Expiry

Hi,

I am on L2 and my husband in on L1 -A visa.

My ead expires on Aug-2020 . So didn't check my i-539 expirydate which has update i-94. Now due to some forms submissons stumbled upon my i-539 and realised that it has already expired.
Since L1 extension renewal was approved and new date of expiry was Aug 2020. I didnit check my 1-539. assuming it would be the same date as L1 extension renewal.
post wich I applied my EAD which got appoved and is valid till Aug 2020.

But I am shocked to see now that my 1-539 has expired in aug 2019. What should I do now?

I am little confused here. I539 is for extension & it doesn't have any expiry date.

I-539 has updated I-94 (L2 ) >>> valid till is Aug 18 2019
EAD valid till : Aug 18 2020
L1 visa valid till Aug 2020

That is why didnt realise i-94 has expired. what can I do now.

I assume you mean your I797 along with update I94. If so, then you are out of status right now. Please consult an attorney asap.
