Hello,
I have a valid L1A from a foreign subsidiary of my US parent company. Now, they have submitted a Change of employer for the said L1A where the US parent company is sponsoring the petition (substituting the foriegn subsidiary). Will this also go thru the same elaborate L1A extension process or is faster considering its basically a sponsor change with all other things remaining the same?
Usually we could do under premium processing, but that's not possible now, so wondering on the timelines.
