Receipt Number not received yet

Hi !

I have submitted my L2 EAD application and has been received by the lockbox facility . Its been a month and I still haven't received my Receipt number yet.Can anyone share if this is the current scenario right now and the earlier timeline of 2 weeks doesn't apply to receipt number notifications?

Yes. We applied on July 1 st got receipt notice on July21 st. I am guessing the delay is due to covid impact on postal services. You must contact them if you haven’t received receipt notice after 30 days.

Did you receive the receipt number by SMS and did you send it to a lockbox?

No we received the receipt number through mail. We sent to Nebraska office.
