Hi, I got my L1B approval in 2015 for 3 years and was in US for 2 years. Then I applied for extension and got the approval for 2 years. But I spent only 1 year in this approval in US. Can I apply for an extension again since my total stay is not completed for 5 years in US which is the max period? I was in my home country pay role for almost 1 year in my first visa time and 9 months during the second extension. Basically I am on 3.5 years in US pay role and 1.5 years on home country par role. Thanks in advance.
