Fresh L1A filed from India before covid

My company has filed L1A for me before Covid in January 2020 under normal processing. In May I received RFE which I responded in June end. Now when I check the status in USCIS, its showing RFE evidence received. It has been more than a month that the evidences are submitted for RFE. Not sure how long it will take for the decision to be made. Also considering current executive order, will they process the petition or straight way deny it or just keep it on hold for administrative processing. Any help on this is highly appreciated. Any one facing same scenario as mine where the new L1 petition is filed before covid and still the decision is pending. Thanks for helping

USCIS is still processing the petitions in first-in, first-out basis. And you should expect the delay - your clock resets once you respond to RFE - one month is normal after RFE response submitted.

USCIS can take up to 60+ days to review the RFE response. The current executive order does not affect USCIS processing. However, even if the L-1 is approved, you won’t be able to come to the US until next year unless you meet one of the exceptions.
