hi friends,

there is a couple of doubts regarding L2 visa processing...

is it mandatory to present L2 candidates Original certificates & work experience letters at the time of interview??

what are the documents required for L2 Visa???

is it any chance to deny L2 Visa???

Dont tell the VO thay your dependent on L2 is willing to work in US.
Origial docs like marriage cert, marriage photos, wedding card if any to be shown if they ask for it.

You need to carry all original documents but most of the time thy don't ask for it. Also carry full copy of spouse passport (all pages) in case of L2 visa. No experience letter required i hope. Its good if you are not showing your experience in case of L2 otherwise you need the NOC letter from your employee.
