L1A Individual Location Change

Hello All, I will be travelling to the US by end of this year. I am on L1A Individual visa. After reaching to the states, I will work for my client for few weeks and after that I will need to work for a new client which is in a different state. My visa is for CA and my new client will be in MN. As this visa is client and location specific, what will be the process to get the location changed, so that I can travel to MN?

And after how much time, I can follow that process, once I reach to CA?
