Will it be easier under Biden?

Hello,

I am set to move to America from France on a L1 Visa early next year.
I'm very worried that the process will be blocked due to Covid.
Now that Biden has (presumably..) won the election, do you think getting a Visa in Q1 2021 is realistic? Will it be easier under him Administration or will it take some time for his policies to trickle down immigration?

Trump's EO was only applicable till Dec 31st 2020. So Consulates will be open on Jan 1st 2021 onwards & also, there are not change in rules for visa issuance, so you can expect the same rules/process in January as well.
