L2 stay limit : L2 petition pending and L1 petition approved

Hi,
Could somebody please share information as to what happens when L1 is approved, and L2 decision is pending. Does the L2 visa holder need to leave after 'x' days even if decision is pending ? or, can she stay as long as L1 petition is valid (I 94) ?

They can stay for as long as the I-539 is pending. There is no limit.
