L1A extension receipt notice not recieved

Hi All,

Sharing my information.

My attorney filed L1A/L2 application at Texas center in October 12th for a regular processing.Till date I have not received Reciept Notice for L1A application. Though I have received biometric appointments for my dependent on L2 application.

Is USCIS treat L1A/L2 application differently though it has been sent in a same package?

How to request Receipt Notice from USCIS?

Any one having same conditions?

What would be the reason for delay in receipt notice?

Do we need to worry about anything?

Lucky you for biometrics at least. Right now there is a huge delay going on at USCIS side.

Less staff because of Pandemic, Huge number of applications in Oct.

Nope. just check with your attorney if your fee checks are encashed.

thanks for your reply. I have contacted USCIS but they only entertain immigration attorney as they file my visa. I have asked my attorney to check with USCIS with service request.
How soon USCIS responds to service request?
