I am in L2b visa and it is expiring in 10 days. My spouse (primary visa holder - L1B) has applied for recapturing period on December 2020. My employer has filed PERM and I am waiting for the result. In the mean time, I want to complete a course in US

My question is:

Will COS to F1 from L2B hamper my GC process? Please help

Will COS to F1 from L2B hamper my GC process?

No, it won't impact GC process, but applying for F1 will by dicey situation. Because L visas are dual-intent & for F visa you need to prove that you'll return to your home country after your study.
