With the opening of L1 visa appointments in Chennai consulate, I was enquiring if my company is part of any of the plaintiffs organizations who won the case against the ban.
As I understand, my company is part of TechNet which means that the presidential proclamation would not affect to petitions from my company.
But my attorney is still insisting that these appointments are emergency appointments and i need to have National Interest Exception processed?
Is that right? I thought the appointments are open, with us just needing a letter either from Technet or my company that we are exempt from the proclamation.
Any view on this from those who already went through their process?
