Hi,
I am a L2 Visa holder and will be applying for EAD in second week Aug 2010 (approx 11th Aug). I will not be able to stay in USA for per reason for more then 3 weeks. My questions are:
1. Will the EAD process stop after I leave USA ?
2. Do I need to by physically present all the time in USA till the EAD is approved and delivered at my residence ?
3. Is the Thumb impression compulsory ? While the UCISC calls me for Thumb impression, and If I am not is USA @ that time, what are the next options available to avoid this ? Can I submit these tests in advance OR any alternatives ?
