Has anyone got L1A Extension approval via Texas Center for functional manager. My company has replied to the RFE in Dec 2020 & 240 days are about get over by end of april.

Hi..,
Usually RFE gets a Response in 60 Days,if u did not hear anything on ur case, please reach out to ur employer and Ask them to file for a service request, so they look at the case and provide an Update.

Move your extension application to premium processing - so that you get approval before end of 240 days.

My company is working to covert it to premium processing by next week. I have following questions :

- Whats the current success rate of approval for L1A extensions ?
- Does premium processing helps in getting L2 EAD quicker for my wife ?

There is no way to measure the success rate, but based on individual knowledge, success rate is pretty high for L1A.

No. Earlier it use to, but not anymore.
