My USL1AI petition was approved by Dec 2020 with start date of Jan 2020, it’s been now 2 months after receiving the petition no dates are available for my employer and I lost 14months of my visa time.
The employer paid my visa free and waiting for appointments, can I migrate the profile and schedule appointments using my account? Is this option valid for L1AI??
