I joined this group recently and would like to update on my visa appointment. My appointment was in late June at Vancouver and it got cancelled without any further details. This could be due to the inter-province travel restrictions we have now till end of May. I have been waiting for a visa since last year when COVID started and then we had PP100052.I keep moving my appointment as it keep getting cancelled. What is the best way to get an appointment, I am open for Ottawa, Vancouver & Toronto but now there is no appointment till early next year. I have to travel to USA in next few months as it is already getting delayed. Can my company provide any document if I need to go for emergency appointment and what could be the criteria to be eligible to come under EA category.

If you company can provide documents mentioning that you not being in USA impacting their profit (or causing loss to them) then you can request for an emergency appointment.
