URGENT L1 Approved I129 didn't have dependents tab checked

Hi

I have an urgent issue where my L1B is approved but when i checked the I129 form sent to me by the lawyer the tab
Are applicants by dependents being filed with this petition is checked as NO.
But my wife has to apply for the L2 visa as well.
Is this a major issue?

If you both are outside the US and are just applying for Visa at the Consulate using the petition approval notice, then that is fine. That option is for people changing or extending status to L1/L2 within the US.
