L2 Visa interview rejection
Hello All,
I had my L1-A visa approved and stamped in Feb'21. Post this I had tried to schedule L2 visa interview appointment for which I got one slot on 23rd July. When my wife went in for the interview, the VO asked her basic questions, took my passport for verification and then told my wife that:
1) Her visa would not be approved due to PP 10199 and
2) I will have to apply for a fresh visa AGAIN!!
He gave no further explanation, gave the passports back and form with 221(G).
I'm confused, I understand that the travel ban is ON, but couldn't understand the response from the VO. I've asked the immigration in my firm and they're yet to get back. But I need to get some assistance from you all.
Please assist.
