    Can I renew my license in Texas with I797C receipt for (L2 I539 extension)

    Hello all, my husbands L1A was approved with premium processing approximately a month ago. My license expires soon and I am looking at just shy of a year before my I539 (L2) and I765 will be processed. Anyone in Texas get theirs renewed?

    Hi,
    If you have any pending cases and waiting for adjudication, I think you can renew DL for short time with the help of receipt notice.

      Yes, you can renew your DL based on pending application for 1 year from your petition date.
