Not getting Visa appointment L-1 visa due to COVID?

I'm an Indian citizen living in UK and applying for fresh L-1A blanket visa. I have tried to book appointments at the US consulate in London, Chennai, Paris but nowhere the appointments are available. Can anyone else share their experience if they were able to book ? How do I prove that I qualify for the waiver program for my L1 visa?omegle xender
