Name to add in Spouse’s h1 green card processing

Behalf of my friend
My friend on L1 B and spouse is on H1 in USA. My husband’s company is going to file green card . Questions from friend-
1.Can my name be added in his green card processing?
2.if my status changes to H1 , will I be still valid in his green card processing?
3. If my H1 period ends and my husband already has I140 approved, then how it ll impact me regarding cooling period ?
