L1 to L2 conversion

Hi All,

I am working for an employer and have a valid L1 visa. However my husband is in the US on a valid L1 visa. Can i take a dependent L2 visa and stay with my husband for a while until my employer finds a project for me ?

In short, can i hold both L1 and L2 visa and use only one at a time ?

That totally depends on the VO that you meet. Sometimes, the VO would cancel the L1 visa when you go for L2 stamping.
