L1 extension denied

Hello, I checked the USCIS website and it says my extension has been denied and that they have mailed my denial with my options. My i94 is already expired.

Is the “options” language standard? Do I really have option besides stop working and travel back to my home country? I’m just trying to prepare until the date the notice arrives

Sorry to hear about denial.
Have you filed AOS /485 Green card ?
otherwise you should prepare to leave in 2 weeks of time to avoid accruing unlawful presence.
Another option is to discuss with your attorney and contest your denial - file for MTR
lot depends upon what grounds they denied your extension

Don’t think you can work !! If you file MtR - You can continue to stay till the decision. Pls discuss with your attorney as it’s serious matter.
