L1A Individual Extension Premium Query

My I-94 is valid till Jan20,2020.
My company is filing for Premium. If for any case my extension gets denied before Jan20,2020.
Do I need to leave US immediately or I can stay till Jan20,2020

If extension is denied, your current approval is unaffected so you can stay and work until I94 expirt.

Now if they send a NOIR, then you're in trouble cause that would affect your current approval.

Wait, you're on L1A - isn't your company applying for EB1C category? If yes, there's not premium processing.

Also, did you mean Jan 20, 2022? You said 2020.
