L1B to L1A

I have scheduled a visa interview appointment in Costa Rica for my L1 reclassification. I didn't see any discussion or interview experience in Costa Rica. Would you please suggest if it's a good option to go to Costa Rica for an interview. My current visa is 3 weeks time. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks

what do you mean by L1 re classification? Are you booking visa appointment based on L1A blanket petition of your company?

Yes, currently on L1B blanket. Got promoted last year in India. Came to US this May. Applying for L1A under blanket petition
