Green card for l1a visa holder with H1b spouse

Hello,

My wife is on L1A visa currently and I am on H1b visa. Her employer is in the process of filing I-140 under Eb1C. My question is, as an H1b visa holder, do I have wait until she receives her green card and then get green card as dependent? Or am I eligible to file for green card with her?

Hi Member,
Per my knowledge, Once primary applicant got GC then only you can file I-130 petition under her sponsorship.
