Hi Friends,

My employer filed L1B for me...
the petetion expiry date is on dec 2010....
my doubt is does the counselor give me for 3 years or he only will give till december...

Please let me know guys....

---- It is rather strange that your L1B is only for 2-3 months. Normally it is atleast for 1 year at a minimum

---- Of course if you mean the L1 visa at the US Consulate you will get a visa for only the duration of the L1 petition and not any longer
