L2 extension

Hi All,

My L1B visa is approved in premium processing recently. My spouse L2 visa application has been received on 22 September. I wanted to know how long does it take to get decision on L2 approval.

Answer: It depend upon processing centers. But, Normally it will take minimum 6 months of time.

It took 3 months for USCIS to approve L2 extension after L1 extension was approved, totally 6 months. California Service Center.
