L1 Visa Interview Waiver

Hi,
Recently I got L1 visa approval. I am not sure if I will get an interview waiver. I am holding a valid B1 visa at this time and have no visa application rejection in the past. Please let me know if I can get a personal interview waiver. I have gone through below link and seems I will get but not sure.

You should be eligible, go through the website to schedule appointment & it will ask you few question to determine your eligibility & give you that option.
