H1 to L1

Dear Senior members,

I was working for Employer A on L1B and changed job to Employer B on H1B last year. But I would like to go back back to Employer A now. Is it possible to transfer or apply for fresh L1B by Employer A while I do not have to leave country?
Please help!

Your best option is to leave the country and return back in L1 visa issued for your previous employer. Even though a COS from H1B to L1 is an option, I am not sure how successful it will be.
