Organizational chart for L1B

My husband company is applying for L1B visa. For that attorney is asking for organizational chart of India and USA office. His employer has not provided that details till now. We are wondering if we can prepare that chart and submit. What kind of information need to put there.

Does it requires organizational chart of client or employer office?

Do we need to provide each person details also in the chart.

Short answer - Tell the truth. The org chart need to show your husband's actual position within the organization - like how many people reports to him & where he stands in the overall hierarchy.
