L1B Individual to Green Card path

I am on L1B Individual and want to know what is the path to Green Card from my visa. Any idea visa gurus?

Your company has to sponsor you for green card and applying to PERM process to DOL before reach out USCIS. It's a long process that may take overall up to 3y. Only PERM may take more than a year.
