I have been waiting to go to China since the beginning of 2020. I had applied to universities there and then Covid happened. I never lost hope about going and finally some good news has come around. Now that China has “opened up” we can go there… or can we? Apparently the L Visa (tourist visa) is still not available. I would like to visit China in a few months, but if the L Visa is still not available, then I can’t. What are the chances that the L Visa will be available in February, April, March, or May?
