I am trying to book an appointment for L1 visa. While filling the form for booking an appointment, there are separate fields for Petition Request Number and Petition Receipt Number. I know the latter is WACxxxxxx but I am not not sure what the Petition Request Number number is. Should it be the same as Petition Receipt Number ?
